Q: Is Easy to setup this computer?and how?
A: Yes, Cortana guides you through the initial computer setup, both by her voice and text on the screen. The setup took about hour because the computer did some automatic updates, but the setup portions I had to do were very straightforward.
A: I just installed a Samsung 960 250GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD and it detected it and worked perfectly and is 5x as fast as a SATA SSD. This is on my Inspiron 15 7573. It will probably also accept a SATA M.2 SSD. The included 2TB HDD was super slow and had Bitlocker turned on slowing it even further. I had to install Windows from scratch via USB due to this because it wouldn't clone due to the encryption.
