Customers are positive about the Inspiron 24" All-in-One's large screen size, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate its affordability and the convenience of the touchscreen and built-in camera. However, some customers expressed dissatisfaction with the limited number of USB ports and occasional issues with the included mouse. The lack of a CD drive was also noted as a drawback by a few users.
I bought this product because my 2013 laptop is old and slow. Unfortunately, this product is slower than my old computer. I think what I bought is defective and I cannot return it anymore. As you can see the image below, internet rakes about 4-5 seconds to open and it's the same with any software. The mouse keeps freezing. Word documents are doesn't work sometimes. I am extremely upset.

This all in one touchscreen computer is lightning fast! Great memory and, the best computer I have have owned to date.
