EASY SETUP AND GOOD FEATURES ARE PLUSES FOR THIS COMPUTOR. ONE DRAWBACK IS THAT WINDOWS 10 WAS NOT PRE-INSTALLED BUT CAME WITH. I HAD DEALER INSTALL WHEN SETTING UP.

This Dell Inspiron is a good buy for the money and will fit my needs as a desktop. It's not quite as fast as I'd like but we humans tend to be impatient!

Web site said the PC Features Windows 10. It arrived with windows 7 installed. Windows 10 Disk in the box. No documentation telling the customer what to do to get windows 10 installed. Geek Squad over phone and store was a complete joke. I decided to take the PC home and upgrade myself. After 4 hours on the phone with Dell I finally have windows 10. Usually I purchase direct from Dell.. MY MISTAKE. Wont do that again. Just ordered another identical PC direct from Dell for my other desk. It arrive completely installed with windows 10 as stated on web site. UNLIKE Best Buy's web site. My advise is double check everything and when unsure order direct from manufacture. I sure will from now on.
