When you are using the computer for a time, the touchpad is freezer. The battery no is good and the charger no is original

I was afraid fo refurbished products, but this computer is really good and works perfectly find.

Have two laptops (one old & one new) but the sizes are too big & the old one is too heavy when traveling. I went for a refurbished smaller Dell Latitude 12.5" with solid state drive and was pleasantly surprised with it's look and function. Love it's size and speed. Will surely make traveling easier.
