I purchased this refurbished laptop just for schoolwork, and it does everything I need it to do. It boots fast and works fine for streaming audio and video. Haven't had any software or hardware issues. Graphics card doesn't support much gaming, and it's clearly not built for that. A little thick and heavy, but it doesn't leave my desk much so I don't notice that too often. Perfect for the price, and cosmetic condition was 99%.

The laptop wasn't overly expensive and was pretty much all I could afford at this time. it's refurbished. Certain keys on the key board don't work. Backspace, space bar etc. Luckily, i was able to use my own USB keyboard that I already own so I won't be returning the laptop. I would tell anyone else to avoid this item though.

So after researching what I wanted in a laptop, this seemed to be the best bang for the buck. It so far has done everything I've wanted to to do. Only complaint so far is the mouse pad sometimes doesn't work. Most sure if it's user error or a computer issue. But it seems to be working now.
