So we called the Best Buy store, or so we thought. and were told that this Laptop was part of the refurb inventory at my local store and that we could go that very minute and pick it up. When we got to the actual store, the sales associate had no idea what we were talking about. They associate kindly checked ALL of the refurb inventory in their internal database and found the one we were talking about. We had to order it and have it shipped to the store which took approx 10 business days. With it all said and done, it is a great computer for the money.
