Great price..........but I did not realize that I would need to buy an additional cable to hook up my high def monitor.

When we received this, it said on the box, WINDOWS 10 Downgrade. We turned it on and it was downgraded to Windows 7. We purchased Windows 10. Also, when dealing with Best Buy, they suggested I drop it off so they can upgrade it back to Windows 10. When I called the location, it would take two days to do this. So I contacted customer service and asked to return it. It is going to take 5 days for me to get a shipping label!! Amazon gives one as soon as it is requested.. I guess that tells you something there.
