This computer was a Christmas and New Year gift for a child, since there was a problem with the Bios on the video card, I have tried to change the equipment by chat, I live in Baja California, Mexico and we have not been able to go to change the team for COVID-19, please tell me how they can change it for me please. Note: in all my years of customer I have never returned an item, I hope your help.

Not the quietest computer I've had but powerful under the hood. Lots of space for apps. Sound card not great but for the low price you can decide if you need better for multimedia. Overall you'd have to spend almost 3x this price for the same... I was sceptical at purchase but be assured its ok to buy

Excellent value. To be able to get a I-7 processor with 16 Gb of ram and a 2 tb hard drive for less than $500 is a very good deal, even though it was a remanufacture/return. Ive had it for a few months and am very satisfied. Only negative is it came with displayports and vga ports instead of a hdmi. but a $15 adapter fixes that issue.
