Don’t buy refurbished
I ordered a Precision and got a Latitude. Less than 1 month old started having issues (few days after you could return it). Tried to heat Geek Squad insurance n Latitude but was told I couldn’t because it wasn’t what I ordered. Customer Service in India was no help.
