had a small boot problem that was solve quickly, customer support was awesome. small not bulky so it leaves more usable space on my desk, works great so far it has been good.

Bought a refurbished Dell desktop computer. It refuses to boot. Called Joy support and was told they could snail mail me an installation CD. Keyboard case was received broken. It’s all being returned.
