Very nice computer I love that it has windows 10 very user friendly and easy set up and it didn't cost very much at all was the best part and its like new .

This was a great buy for me. I needed a computer tower that mainly runs internet and something I can use to print also. It has USB ports and I also have my wireless HP Envy printer synced with this. I used a wireless adapter to hook up to my router. Everything works great! It comes with Windows 10. I have had it for about a month now and everything runs smooth.

I believe this is the 1st time I’ve ever purchased something refurbished and I think it may be the last. This was a christmas present for my Mom. I got the system all hooked up and attempted to use the dvd drive only to discover it wasn’t working. I hit the eject button and nothing happened...I couldn’t hear the gears turning...light flashed and I got nothing. I often wondered about refurbished merchandise, I guess I don’t have to wonder anymore. Also, the receipt in the box for the purchase was not for the item I purchased but for something that cost $15. I’ve shopped at Best Buy for many years and I’m a VERY LOYAL customer ...I was truly disappointed in this purchase. Someone obviously didn’t check the item to make sure it was functioning properly nor did they check to see if proper paperwork was included before shipping.
