I'm sure if all was in order this PC is great for the money. However, kept asking me to activate Windows. I'd go to do it and got a message that it was likely because of an unauthorized version being installed. Long story short, returned to my local store and without a PC in my office for a while until I can just buy a brand new one. The previous PC I had was old but worked fine until I tried to put all back together again after returning this one, wouldn't work the way it used to. Not turned off by Best Buy at all, but no more refurbished for me...

Bought this to upgrade my father's pc and just needed something regular, no fancy bells or wistles. The pc works excellent and my father is very happy with it. I like the amount of usb connections too. system starts up quickly, overall I am very satisfied with purchase. The price was excellent being a Dell and it was shipped to the best buy store way ahead of schedule. for daily Home tasks, I recommend this unit.
