Horrible return
I ordered several refurbished Dell PCs for my office they were all garbage. I lost thousands of dollars on payroll because these PCs shut down or overheated. There were no perks or reimbursements to upgrade to new or anything of the sort. I will never shop Best Buy again. 0 rating
