I'm generally satisfied with my laptop. It is the 2nd Dell laptop I've owned, and about the 5th or 6th Dell laptop I've used (provided by employers). I rated it 4/5 because I find the keyboard keys a little to sensitive, particularly the mouse pad. I have an external keyboard in my office for that reason with an external mouse. The only other issue is that early on I had a few episodes of the laptop appearing to shutdown and not powering up again when the power button was pressed. I sent the laptop to Geek Squad City in Louisville, KY (due to COVID I could not take it into the store, which would have been faster). Unfortunately, they could not replicate the issue, so wiped the drive and reinstalled the OS.

The laptop has worked very fast while running all applications up to this point. I did however get one blue screen of death at one point but the computer started up fine after the restart.

I am a amazed with this computer. The quality of the 4k is incredible and it can handle whatever project I am working on.
