I had an XPS years ago and this is my second. I always get a computer with more memory than I currently need and more storage than I currently need. Why? It prevents me from outgrowing it. I don't have to waste time deleting files (and then needing something that I deleted) and multitasking is a breeze. The specs of this machine should satisfy virtually any user. It would be too much if you do not use graphics or if your use is just a few hours a week. For heavy use, it is ideal.

I have always used Dell computers. I love the processing speed of this tower, and I love Best Buy's Geek Squad service. I ordered the product online and had it delivered to a local Best Buy store - where Geek squad set it up for me.

This is a fast computer, operates as expected, no problems experienced with the computer to date. Best Buy Geek Squad extremely helpful getting files moved to this computer when old computer failed.
