This toaster oven had error codes from day one. Now it is one constant error code and never worked past week two. Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift and she threw away the box so store wouldn't take it back. Tried to send it back to DeLonghi, spent over an hour on the phone. Started a ticket and sent photos then nothing ever came of it. It is going into a landfill which is sickening, Don't buy this!

Door does NOT stay open. It closes half way when release to put food in. Also, and this is my fault, it has NO INSIDE LIGHT. How can you see what's cooking? I just assumed every De'Longhi would have it for that reason. Very disappointed and because I procrastinated about contacting De'Longhi I missed the return or exchange period. To be fair, all the other features are very good and it's very attractive. I really hope De'Longhi has a fix for the door.

Best toaster oven ever. No convection too....last convection oven nearly burned my house down! Does exactly what a toaster oven is for... toast bread nice and even. Bakes beautifully. Pizza perfection. Just great,
