DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M Setup/Testing/Conclusion Let me first say that the DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M is pretty massive. So before you go out and buy this beauty, make sure you have ample kitchen space. The specific model that I received is a thing of beauty as I mentioned above. The build quality and finish on it is fantastic. I love the stainless steel look. The construction feels and looks extremely durable. The nobs to select temperature, while cycling through the 7 different options and whatnot is also made really well. The nobs have very nice feedback/clicks when you’re cycling through the different options and temperatures. When they marketed this thing as a smaller version of your actual home oven (the one attached to your stove), they weren’t kidding. I really enjoyed the double glass door and the seal that was constructed around it. It literally feels like the same door on your home oven except smaller. The internal construction is also excellent as its well insulated to retain heat. The included pizza pan, wire rack, crumb tray and bake pan are also great quality. The thing I would like to highlight most is the fact that the DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M is extremely quiet. There were honestly times where I thought that it wasn’t even working… I literally touched the top (CAUTION HOT!) and sides to make sure that there was actually heat. I love the fact that this oven is a convectional oven, the built in fan circulates the heat so that all your food cooks evenly. The auto shut off feature is also nice and it beeps pretty loud when your food is ready so that you know when to pull your goodies out. Another thing I’d like to mention is the built in light. It’s so wonderful having the ability to watch your food cook instead of being left in the “dark”. I was able to utilize the oven to make some chicken tenderloins, chicken nuggets, french fries, and fried shrimp. I looked through the manual to get familiar with how to operate it before I started and I highly recommend doing this. After you cycle through the different options and temperature, the oven will automatically start preheating. Once it has completed its preheating cycle, it will beep to notify you so that you can put in your goodies. I have to say, the convection feature is really really good. It made everything perfectly! All my food was nice and crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. Everything was also cooked evenly. The only thing I didn’t like too much were the french fries. But I mean…. This is why you purchase an air fryer no? I’m sure if you were to broil the french fries and move the pan to the indicated position, it would’ve probably came out more crispy. That’s right! DeLonghi made it simple by indicating where to place your rack and pan so you don’t mess up (depending on how you’re using the oven). Are you tired of having soggy pizza from the microwave? Are you tired of waiting forever for your traditional oven to preheat and cook things? Are you tired of heating up your entire kitchen with your traditional oven during summer? How about clean up? How about even cooking? Let me just say… The DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M is going to be your go to oven. If the above questions are questions you ask yourself, go ahead and make the leap to purchase this beauty. You will not be disappointed. In conclusion, the DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M delivers what it promises. Talk about even cooking, fast cooking, easy clean up, very well insulated, fancy looking, excellent build quality, and best of all… Perfect results every single time for the food that you’re cooking, If you’re like me and you enjoy being in the kitchen, the DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M is going to be an excellent addition to your other kitchen gadgets. All I am saying is this… I’m going to use this oven every single day! The only time I will use my traditional oven is when I have to cook a huge turkey or ham for a big party. Besides that? The DeLonghi Livenza EO241150M is going to be my go to daily kitchen gadget. Great job Delonghi!!! For too many years, and too many times, I've had toaster ovens that were too small, got too hot, cooked food like a toaster, and were just a hot mess. Those days are over. This thing is amazing. It can toast, bake, bake with convection, defrost, etc. and do it really well. I've made toast, cookies, pizza, and defrosted the dog's food in this, all tonight. Not a single concern. It stays cool compared to most toaster ovens. The back gets hot and there is a vent on the top right side, but the rest of it is like your home oven. This is a first and much appreciated. You will notice knobs and push buttons in center of those knobs. I love this. But I also get a digital display readout, coupled with the knobs and buttons within, something that is a rarity. You either get knobs and no display, or a display with push buttons. You'll see a real oven type seal, which helps to keep the heat in the oven, not leaking out in between the gaps in the door. The door glass is really nice oven grade glass, not toaster oven typical quality. There are many settings, like from between 2 and 6 slices of toast. Temperature, presets, timer, on/off, switch between modes, etc. When you buy this, consider you are buying a small oven. It isn't a whimpy toaster oven, this is a small scale real oven. It works. And it works well. Take it from someone who gets something too small and is a joke as an oven, or spends more than I should for something that doesn't even have a seal around the glass door. Delonghi has taken care of these problems with this release. The large oven area will give you enough room for most frozen store bought pizzas. It won't handle a full size pizza from your local pizza shop, but that is not what it is for. Please know that Best Buy has one of the best return policies and you can return this if you find it isn't what you need. The only reason it won't be what you need is that if you don't have a suitable place to put it. The box with everything (rack, tray, etc.) was 31lbs. So this is no little joke, this is a serious oven and works like an oven. But it also makes a great slice of toast, and quickly too!

What's in the Box ----------------- Bake pan Crumb tray DeLonghi Livenza Convection Toaster/Pizza Oven Pizza pan Wire racks Build Quality ------------- Once you unbox it, you need to run it for 30 minutes @450F to make sure any residual subtances have been burnt out before cooking. This thing is very well built (nice shiny stainless steel all around) and it complements any household with stainless steel appliances. It is big, so it will take some space on your countertop, it measure 12H × 17.5L × 19W. These days most folks are moving towards cooktop and not have a range. so this could be an ideal option, have a cooktop and have this as your oven. Mind you, this will not fit your turkey, so you may be out of luck during thanksgiving. I do not have a large kitchen, so i keep it in my garage and bring it in whenever i want to use it. Also i would like to mention that it comes with 4 groves on either side so you can slide vthe trays in a variety of configuration so that you can fit either multiple items or a large item inside Cooking ------- This oven has a variety of cooking options - toast, bake, convection, broil/grill, defrost, pizza, cookies, and keep warm. THis is selected using the bottom knob, the middle one is for temperature and the top one is for time. Note that some of the settings come in as default, for example if you select cookies, it will ask you to select 1 tray or 2 tray and the temperature and timing defaults based on your selection All of the information is displayed in a cool blue LCD screen on the top right. My son loves Salmon. We used the grill option to grill the salmon in the oven and it came out perfectly, moist and well flavored and not dry. The cooking time was very fast. The fact that it has a light when cooking also helps. We also tested the pizza option by testing out using home made dough and veggie toppings with cheese. the pizza was very even, edges were not hard as rock as it would have been in a regular oven. It also helps to download the receipe My son loves salmon, and just for one or couple of pieces of salmon we hate to heat the range and put it in. This one does a great and cooks evenly. Will it last ------------ Based on the build quality, it looks like it is a keeper and will run for a decade
