Denise Austin hosts Fat Blasting Yoga - 21 Days to a Yoga Body, an instructional fitness video that provides a yoga workout in three segments. Workout one consists of 30 minutes of energized yoga poses developed to increase the heart rate and burn calories. Workout two is 15 minutes of intense holding poses, designed to target the arms, shoulders, legs, and buns. Workout three is 15 minutes of strength conditioning, including abdominal exercises.These three workouts can be done individually or all together. DON'T DO IT!January 10, 2008
This one is so bad that I stopped the DVD to write the review before someone makes the same mistake I did! It is clear that Denise Austin doesn't know the terms for yoga or that getting full extension and correct positioning is so vitally important in yoga. This is not an aerobics class. The music they play is WAY too perky and she talks CONSTANTLY. Don't do it!

I really like this yoga workout. Its more like cardio yoga, there is almost constant moving and not a lot of holding. Since I started this I have gotten much more flexible and feel a lot better overall. Id reccomend this DVD for someone who is looking for a fun, yoga-based workout!
