Denise Austin: Power Yoga Plus
Fitness guru Denise Austin presents this pair of yoga-based exercise routines designed to energize and tone. The first 20-minute section uses traditional yoga to boost energy and awareness. The second workout adds light weights into the mix to offer viewers a more endurance-testing session, aimed at increasing strength and trimming inches. The two programs can be performed individually or together. ~ Matthew Tobey, Rovi

    Good "Intro To" Workouts

Once owned this as a VHS, upgraded to DVD a few years back. The Pilates section is my go-to workout. I usually do just that part of the DVD, but the Yoga is also a quick workout (both only 20 min. in length). You could easily do both in one sitting if you wanted. This is a really good way to get an intro to Yoga or Pilates, or just to start getting into fitness period. Both workouts will leave you sore. You need a mat for both, and also should have weights for the Pilates section (I use two 5 lb. weights).
