Works as expected, ease of use and simple . Does the job

First and most important, only install the software when you're going to use the hardware to convert tapes. Once you are finished uninstall the software pieces (2 for Diamond, 1 for One Touch). If you don't, it will screw up many parts of streaming media you try to watch (locks up). Second, it will work; but if it seems flaky at first reinstall it after you figure out how it supposed to work. Finally, when it's installed correctly, it does what it's advertised to do.
