Customers are delighted by the Mavic Pro Quadcopter's ease of use and impressive camera quality, frequently praising its size and stability. However, some users point to the price as a significant drawback, and others mention challenges with wind resistance and occasional software issues. While flight time is generally considered positive, concerns about the drone's sensor limitations and noise level have also been raised.
This is my first "real" drone, and I could not be happier with the purchase. The drone is easy to fly, has long battery life, and folds up to easily fit in a backpack for easy transportation. Because of it's size, I can easily take it on all of my travels. The video quality is great, but, like you probably saw on various YouTube videos, likely needs post processing. The obstacle mitigation is great, except when flying into the sun, where the sensors can relay false information. Luckily, the drone is has tons of custom settings and the sensors can be switched off if desired. Definitely not a drone for those just looking to fly around, you can get something cheaper. This is for those who want a drone that can take great shots with little work.

I had the Spark as my first drone and loved it but the range was a issue. So I returned it and purchased the Mavic Pro. This drone is fantastic it is fast, quiet, stable, great range, unbelievable photos/videos and the flight time is unbelievable. Worth every penny.

Great Drone, should of bought it with package, but slowly buying the accessories, so I am ended up paying more overall. Finally got filters for camera to try that out. Limit is around 400 ft high which is pretty far up. Have not tried sport mode yet. Compact for sure, but with all the accessories, extra batteries, it is better to just get Lowpro backpack. Tahoo. Looking forward to taking on a vacation trip and launch it. The frames per second on video is low for 4K with a lot of movement, but still looks good.. So probably if you need the better better video quality, you should probably get Phantom 4 Pro. But so far, this thing hovers like a dream, easy drone to fly. The controller (sticks) are sturdy. Bad thing, they will probably come up with a Mavic Pro 2 before you know it with rear/side sensors, longer battery life, better camera, etc. Extra batteries are a must. Got mine end of March 2017. Wish I had more time to fly it.
