This animated sci-fi feature about the beloved time lord Doctor Who follows the hero through an effort to help an English village where the residents are held captive in fear of an alien race called the Shalka, who live underground in preparation for destroying the Earth's ozone layer. ~ Cammila Collar
Yet another of the few Doctor Who stories to be animated. I was thoroughly entertained by this story. The animation is a bit so-so in this one, but overall it does keep with the feeling of how Doctor Who should be.
