If you've seen one episode of this show and enjoyed it, then you need to pick up this DVD set. The computer graphics used to relive and breakdown the dogfights that these pilots were a part of never gets old. The first season mostly deals with WW2, Korean War, and Vietman War planes. It's a nice mix of that keeps things from getting boring. Each episode included severel different pilots, as well as historians and experts of the aircraft and the era of warfare. The interviewees remember just about everything that happened to them like it was yesterday, and many of these men flew in World War II. It's not just 45 minutes of computer graphics, you'll see archive footage and even hear flight recordings from when the dogfight occured. Even if you don't know a lot about the planes, each show will breakdown the abilities of each aircraft and deliever a brief history of its use and development. If any of the titles of the episodes sound familar, I suggest trying to catch an episode on TV and if you like what you see then pick this DVD set up. I'm glad I did.
