I ordered this dvd as a Xmas gift and the item was backordered for some time, but Best Buy sent periodic emails to say it was still on backorder and did I still want the item. That was so helpful! Then they sent emails when it was ready to go, etc. I was impressed! My dvd didn't go into the backordered black hole and I got it in time for Xmas.
