Being a long time fan of BioWare's Dragon Age series, this game does not disappoint the roleplay gamer. There are a few bugs here and there, mostly in making sure you're not moving around too much when the game is trying to save as it runs the risk of crashing. But as far as game-play, story, character development, and overall badassery, this game is beyond perfect. The score is brilliantly produced to get the dragon-slaying blood pumping, the dialogue is full of wit and heart and information, and the combat techniques are incredibly easy to pick up on. Whether you're a master tactician or an in-the-moment fighter, Dragon Age: Inquisition is both challenging and rewarding. There are just enough moments of humor to ease the harder decisions. and plenty of hard choices to discover who among your allies is the most morally conscious. The world of Thedas is vast, truly encompassing the enormity of Origins and DA2 without losing the charm and appeal that we were first introduced in the predecessors. The companions are bright, eloquently designed, and regardless of their personal and moral standings, you can't help but love them regardless. I would definitely consider this to be one of the absolute best games of 2014, if not of the last ten years all together (but, perhaps, I am biased). 100/10, I definitely see this game becoming a major fan favorite, as well as having replay-value for years to come.

The Dragon Age games have built up a very rich world and I was looking forward to seeing where they were taking it next. The story builds on its predecessors' though still enjoyable by itself. So don't worry if you haven't played the first two. I was on the fence about giving it 4 or 5 stars because of course it's not perfect and there are things that could be better- but in my opinion, none of them really hamper you from enjoying the game. Gameplay takes elements from DA and DAII and refines them both into something still foreign, yet cohesive. Best Buy honored a price match at the counter - very nice and easy.

Overall I would say this game is interesting, but there are some technical issues. Stuttering, graphics slow downs, and very long load times. However the story is intriguing and will slowly pull you into the game. It is easy to get lost at times, but you will not mind that you got lost at times. Overall, if you are a fan of the previous games? I say get it. If you are new to the series? Stay away until you have finished the first two games.

I wasn't impressed with the original because it was generic, and the sequel was horrible, but this third game really is incredible and feels like a completely different developer made it since it is just so much better. This is what the entire trilogy would have been from the start. Great game, great graphics, tons of content and replayability, and a good cast of characters.

I'm completely obsessed with this game. I'm already on my third playthrough and I love seeing all the different storylines for each of the characters. I am actually new to the Dragon Age world, after having it recommended to me by a friend, and intend on playing Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon II so I can see more of these awesome characters.

This is a great follow up game to the original 2 . Game allows you to import your characters and choices from the first two games to create a unique world based on your past decisions. Or start fresh and see what happened when you weren't there to save the day. Either way a fun 3rd edition of a great franchise.

Picked this up without thinking. This is a next gen title ported down to the PS3. As such expect long load times, graphics that are toned down, and some stuttering. The game itself is fantastic but if you have any other system - pc, ps4 or Xbox 1, play it there. I returned this unopened for the pc version.

I'm not gonna be able to write anything here that hasn't been said by far more eloquent reviewers, but as someone who enjoyed the original game, Inquisition builds upon many of the original strong points and reinforces the weak points. It's actually super great, and the price here wasn't terrible.
