Dressed To Kill
|Posted .Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This is a great suspense film, directed by Brian DePalma, who has a signature way of filming the climatic scenes in slow motion to draw out the suspense.

Classic 1980’s murder mystery
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Brian DePalma was one of the better murder mystery director’s of the 1980’s. This was one of his 3 big hits from that time period alone with Blow Out and Body Double. This is not a family friendly movie due to some of the content. It’s an entertaining murder mystery for the 18+ age group.

Cane surprises
|Posted .Michael Cane surprises me. I purchased this movie on a whim while at vestbuy after viewing individual (never overall) reviews on "IMBD" and seeing the movie on eBay. Bestbuy had it on a sale from 20$ to a 6.99 sale price. I had no idea michael cain was in The film. I also did not predict the ending. Good movie for its time. We get to see another side to Bruce Wayne's man servant before he was under the employment of Bruce wayne. Glad I picked it up for the limited time it was at vestbuy and with such a great price!

Depalma doing Depalma
|Posted .This is another film I hadn't seen but I was and am a big fan of Raising Cain, so I thought i would visit this film. so its a good film, it has massive nods, and blatant rips from Hitchcock, especially psycho. it is not the most original and also time has shown it to not be overly sensitive but there are moments that show how DePalma is a master of his craft. check out the elevator scene.

One of DePalma’s better films.
|Posted .This Hitchcockian Thriller is a very good showcase of DePalma’s talents. Though this film has been characterized as derivative it is no less a very taught psychological tale featuring wonderful performances from Michael Caine ( as the psychiatrist)and Karen Allen (as a call girl). Angie Dickinson is also seen in a brief but important roll in the beginning which sets the story into motion.

Murder mystery
|Posted .Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. Some of Angie Dickinsons best work even though she gets killed off just 20 minutes into the movie. This was Basic instinct long before Shaon Stone . Very relatable movies.
