Great quality for the price!!
Posted .I bought this set for my kitchen to replace my 24-year-old Sony 13". Broadcast picture quality is at least as good as the Sony's, which was always quite good even when that set was reaching the end of its useful life. DVD playback picture quality is awesome. I was stunned at the color and crispness of the image when using the video input on the front. My old Sony 13" didn't have a video input, so I had to use the RF anntenna connection for DVD playback. The difference in playback picture quality took my breath away when I first saw it! Detail is incredible for such a little set!! My only (minor) complaint is the sound. It's crystal clear, but for decades I'd been used to the relatively full sound that came out of my old Sony despite its small speaker. Well, the speaker on the Dynex is even smaller...and it took me a while to even find it! The sound was jarring when I first connected the set. It sounds thin, in need of some bass adjustment, which prompted me to immediately look for bass/treble controls...of which there are none, of course. But after a week, I've become used to the sound and it's not really a problem, I guess. I suspect I'm hearing more treble than I ever heard on the Sony. In any case, I'm delighted with this set overall. I got it on sale, and the value received for price paid has left me a happy camper!

Great For What it is
Posted .For a 13" television, this is a great little unit. It has a bright clear picture, and the speakers are more than adequate. I would imagine that this would be for a bedroom, or kids room, and not the center piece for the big game, so for that purpose this t.v. is hard to beat, especially for the value that it is. If you have multiple A V devices (dvd, video game etc) then you'll have to invest in an A V splitter, so thats no big deal, for the value, and viewing quality, this is it.

great buy for a great price
Posted .I had doubts about buying this TV since it's not a famous brand. But the reviews were so good that I decided to try it. I've been so impressed with it since the day we brought it home and we've had it over two months now. I bought this tv on a budget and I'm very happy with it. I wanted a tv that had a great picture, worked with a dvd player, and didn't take up much space and I got those things when I bought this tv. I would definitely recommend this TV. Also, if you're still not sure about it, the Best Buy extended warranty is only an extra $10 for several years of coverage.

Good small TV
Posted .I wanted a small, inexpensive, digital TV to set on my desk. I have this TV hooked up to an indoor antenna (RCA ANT121 - $13.00). I am approximately 25 miles south of the tv transmission towers. The reception is good and the pictures on the digital channels are great. I will occassionaly get a weak signal, but all in all it is good reception. The analog picture is not good; however, with the broadcast going digital the analog broadcast is not an issue. Some reviews have taken issue with the sound. I think the sound is good for a tv of this size and type.

I love this little tv!
Posted .I had two tv's die within days of each other. This was an emergency replacement for my 13", 17 year old Sharp (the most awesome tv ever, I'm sniffling as I type.) I spent a whole day researching, and decided to go with this Dynex. I haven't had it long, but I am very happy with the picture and sound quality. I love the remote, too. It's simple, but does everything you need and it's easy to memorize. Honestly, this is a fantastic value. I highly recommend it.

Very Good TV
Posted .I got to say when i got this tv i was worried that is was going to be too small too see. But I was happely suprised, not only can you see it from a good distance away but the picture quality is amazing. It is perfect for small counters or tables. The only thing I had a problem with is the remote signal dosen't seem to travel far, other than that it is perfect.

Posted .Only 1 word comes to mind when i turn this tv on! Amazing!!!! for only having 13 inches of screen it feels like having a 60inch plasma on the wall! tons of input outputs to run dvd,ps3,xbox 360, dvr, reciver. no regrets buy this tv, after a few modifications i was able to wall mount this tv!! remote is kinda weak but everything else was good

Nice Little TV
Posted .I got this tv for my bedroom to replace another 13 inch that I had for about 10 years. You can't beat the price and the sound is really great for such a little set. Also, it fits nicely on the bureau, unlike some of the flat screen tvs with the large back tube.

Q: QuestionHaving problems hooking up this tv with a Comcast Cisco cable box.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You should be able to connect your cable box to the TV via coaxial cable to the port on the back of the TV. You will need to set your TV to channel 3 or 4 to view programming. Make sure that your cable is firmly seated in both devices. For additional assistance, you may need to contact your cable provider.
