Dyson Hot + cool air purifier
||Posted .Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This air purifier is amazing. I brought it because my kids and I have asthma and allergies. The neighbors next door were heavy smoker and it started to make everyone sick so decided to try the dyson hot + cool air purifier. And it did the job. Not only did it work for the smoke smell in cool set it also worked very well in the hot setting as well. This product work amazingly well for us I decided to get another one for my bedroom as well. Thank you dyson!

||Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.I only give this a 3 stars because it mare some weird clicking sounds after less than 5 months since purchase. I think for the price, I shouldn't have to deal with this. I past the return window therefore i'm stuck with it . I really am not sure if the company or best buy where I bought it from will do anything about this. Pro: Heat is great, Air purifier seems to do the trick Con: I have a toddler and I need to sleep. Getting a headache from this noise isn't fun for the price tag. Updating my review will depend upon customer service!

Q: QuestionCan you control the heat temperature and if so, does it shut off once it hits that temp?

- A:Answer Yes, you can set a specific temperature you would like for the room to be and it will keep that temperate. It will shut off once it’s at that temperature. And will turn back on once it goes below that temperature. This option is for heat only. For the cool fan you can not control the temperature the same way.

Although the Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool Air Purifier isn't directly built as a personal air condition device like Dyson's other products, it can sense when it is a warmer day, automatically helping to drop the temperature within the room a few degrees with smooth, long range air flow. It's hard to pinpoint a level in terms of degrees that it would cool a room, as environmental factors such as the number of windows and doors can affect room temperature, for example. - A:Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool will only purify the air when the machine is turned on, either in hot or cool mode. The air gets purified when it passes through the HEPA filter, and is then expelled in to the air via the amplifier loop. - A:Answer Hi Adam, this is Kelly with Dyson. The filter in the Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool has 4382 hours of life. If you were to run your machine 12 hours every day, your filter would last a year. Q: QuestionI purchased the hp01 model, I see other forums where people have said it was easy to set up, just put in the filter and plug in and choose your setting. My filter was already in place. I’m concerned I bought a returned item?
