Great dyson product!

The air purifier works great as I noticed there is a lot less dust in my room. It doesn't "cool" but the fan is quite nice on hot days/nights. The jet stream feature to aim at a specific area is my most used feature. I got this mainly for the air purifier and fan. But when Fall and Winter hit with the colder nights, the heater feature was really great to have. 100% recommend.

It's also quiet and efficient. Sorry I waited so long to buy it. The air in the room is cleaner and the temperature of the room is so much more comfortable. My partner suffers from COPD and this has helped him a lot. I highly recommend

Great Air Purifier-great for white noise at night!

We have only used it in the summer so far, but keeps the room cool and the air feeling fresh. We turn the fan up on this at night--it works great for white noise while sleeping! The remote control magnetically sticks to the top of the unit-which is great because we always know where it's located.

A regular boxed fan from your local home improvement store possibly cools better.

Q: QuestionCan you control the heat temperature and if so, does it shut off once it hits that temp?

- A:Answer Yes, you can set a specific temperature you would like for the room to be and it will keep that temperate. It will shut off once it’s at that temperature. And will turn back on once it goes below that temperature. This option is for heat only. For the cool fan you can not control the temperature the same way.

Although the Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool Air Purifier isn't directly built as a personal air condition device like Dyson's other products, it can sense when it is a warmer day, automatically helping to drop the temperature within the room a few degrees with smooth, long range air flow. It's hard to pinpoint a level in terms of degrees that it would cool a room, as environmental factors such as the number of windows and doors can affect room temperature, for example. - A:Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool will only purify the air when the machine is turned on, either in hot or cool mode. The air gets purified when it passes through the HEPA filter, and is then expelled in to the air via the amplifier loop. To have the air purified, you will need to have the unit on, even in the lowest speed setting of 1. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- A:Answer Hi Adam, this is Kelly with Dyson. The filter in the Dyson HP01 Pure Hot + Cool has 4382 hours of life. If you were to run your machine 12 hours every day, your filter would last a year. Q: QuestionIs anybody else having trouble with the oscillating mode seems to me like my oscillating shuts off once it reaches the room temperature

- A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Once your HP01 unit reaches the target room temperature, the unit will go into standby mode. Oscillation will stop, and heated air will no longer be flowing through the loop. Once the target room temperature falls below your set target, the unit will again begin to oscillate, and you'll again feel heated air from the loop. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
