I started out. Loving this. The vacuum works much better than I was expecting, the mop feature is equal to a light mop. Mapping is great although I haven’t figured out how to put up physical barriers yet. Mostly my fault haven’t played with it enough. The bad news I’ve used it maybe 6 times and the rubber “sweep” on the brush is falling apart. I have shoulder length hair it got caught up in the sweeper and ripped it. Life expectancy on the roller is 50 hours I didn’t even get 10. For this reason I am thinking about returning and trying a different brand. I paid too much for it to replace the roller monthly.

great work on the carpet, easy to use, you program it and you no longer worry about cleaning your floors, great device, I love it!

I own the Neato Wifi which is 4 years old, and with testing I left the Neato plugged in for it’s normal weekly routine, then after the Neato finished, I immediately used the ECOVACS which picked up a lot of debris that the $1000 Neato missed or failed to pick up. I learned that the more a product cost doesn’t mean it’s better than the lower priced.
