Clearance items in our Outlet are in brand-new condition, though they are typically discontinued or end-of-stock products. Since they're still factory sealed, the full manufacturer's warranty applies.

Open-box items.

The open-box designation refers to products that have been returned to a Best Buy store. Some of these items are just like new, while others might have slight wear or cosmetic damage and are discounted accordingly.

Refurbished products.

Refurbished products have been repaired and restored to like-new condition. All parts and accessories that would have been included with the original product are present, and our thorough inspection process ensures that the product is clean and in working condition.

Pre-owned items.

Pre-owned products have been used and returned, oftentimes through Best Buy's Trade-In program. These items have been professionally inspected and are in working condition, though they usually don't include the original packaging, and some nonessential pieces may be missing.
