Travis was diligent in keeping me informed about his schedule and potential arrival time. He arrived as predicted. He was respectful of me and of my home. He was knowledgeable and verbally kept me informed about what he was doing and the reasons for it. Often, some of the steps he took were to make operations more user friendly for me. He accomplished a lot in a very efficient manner.

Raymond from Geek squad was exceptional with servicing my laptops to setup Parental control for my teenager, providing excellent tips for my laptop and showing me how to navigate my system faster and easier and updating my software. I highly recommend Raymond from Best Buy in the Bay Parkway location. In general, The Geek Squad has a higher level of expertise. Also, very savvy and knowledgeable with software.
