Long Lasting Battery Life

Charge Status Indicator
Set your empty Ember Mug 2 on the included Charging Coaster 2 to charge. The smart LED light on the front of the Mug will breathe red when charging and be solid green when fully charged. The LED is white when heating or monitoring a hot beverage.
Easy Cleaning
Every Ember Mug 2 is IPX7 rated for full underwater submersion making your Mug easy to hand wash, rinse or soak.
Your Temperature, Your Way
Set the temperature of your hot drink down to the degree. Start with the preset 135°F or select your favorite temperature from a range of 120°F to 145°F (48.9°C to 62.8°C).
Auto Sleep
Simply start pouring to turn on your Ember Mug 2. When empty, it will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve power. Ember intelligently turns on and off using patented sensors to detect liquid level and temperature.
Ember App
Once you’ve paired your Ember Mug 2 to the Ember app, remotely set your drinking temperature, save presets for all your favorite drinks, try our tea steeping timers, or personalize the smart LED to your favorite color. The Ember App is compatible with iOS and Android devices.
No More Microwaving

Amazing device with fatal flaw

A self-heating coffee cup, the future is here! The app and bluetooth connection can be a bit fiddly but when it works its a dream. After having this mug for under a year and a half having exclusively hand washed it, the inside of the mug is flaking off. Just a few months out of warranty and it's unusable in this state unless I would want to inevitably drink whatever material it's coated with. I've reached out to their support team and am waiting to hear back but in any case I would encourage researching the coating flaking issue online if you're considering anything from this line.

Does what it says and keeps hot drinks at desire temperature. It does heat from beneath so the bottom of your drink may be hotter than the top where you sip. Scratches easily if you use metal spoons.

It was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He takes it to work. He owns a gym. This keeps his coffee warm while he’s training.

I have a lot of distractions at work so it's helpful to have a mug that maintains the perfect temperature while I'm in a meeting.

Q: QuestionI'm never pleased with the temperature of the coffee I make at home, even though my coffeemaker is a prestigious one. Can the Ember cup raise my morning pour toa temperature hotter than what came out of the machine? (Not by a lot. Just a little will do.)
