Cool, but steer clear
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Worked great for about three weeks. Now it won’t keep my coffee hotter than 125 unless it’s constantly on the charger. Cool to show off to friends and family, but I would not recommend it. And I’m not one to bash products, but this thing just doesn’t cut it.

Great coffee cup
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.One of the best investments I've ever purchased. My wife is a daily coffee drinker and she loves it! The app is very cool and useful. Nice stand and the rubber feet keeps the cup secure. Pop up top is a nice none spill touch as well.

Impressive
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I was spa bit skeptical before buying Ember mug, but I decided to give it try because usually when I work I leave my regular mug for more than half an hour so it cools down. Ember mug solved my habit and I really enjoyed it. Ember app is useful, It allows me to set temp and also pushes notification when desired temp has reached. I bough the mug 2 and because of the satisfactory result I bought the travel mug 2 as well. Smart and elegant. It is a bit pricy, I hope it was less than that.

A little pricy but probably worth it
||Posted .Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.If you drink coffee on the go and like to slowly sip it like I do, this is a pretty good solution to the problem of coffee going cold. I wish the charging coaster could be plugged in with USB c instead of their proprietary charging cord but that's pretty much my only major complaint

Great way to keep coffee warm for an extended time

Great mug

I have a 45 minute commute to work and while pairing this with the car charger it saves the battery in the mug so that I have an additional 2 hours at work to keep my Coffee hot. Gave it 4 stars only because I wish it held a bit more liquid.

Does what it needs to do
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.My wide got me the smaller mug for my birthday and I returned the favor by getting her this lager travel mug for her birthday. It works well but the only issue we have is connectivity to the mobile app. My smaller mug never has issues but this travel mugs disconnects on occasion.

- A:Answer It has lasted a couple days at least. I try to bring it home every day, clean it, and put it on the charger every evening. It has an excellent battery life.

Q: QuestionIs there a way to charge it while it is in a vehicle cup holder? That flat pad will definitely not keep the mug from falling over. Also would need to be able to plug into a vehicle Auxillary port.

- A:Answer While the temperature can be set, these mugs are designed for liquids. If the Temperature setting is not (locked) via the app, opening the Mug could cause splashing of hot liquid on the individual. It also depends upon the maturity of the child in properly using it. Carelessness will burn someone.

If you see the heater off within the Ember app, please toggle the temperature dial within the Ember App to your set temperature (vertical lines towards the bottom of the screen). Once your preferred temperature has been set, the Ember will remember this set temperature for each use!
