This is a very good printer. I had some difficulty setting up the printer. There was one instruction unclear. I kept answering "no", and instillation stopped. When I changed my answer everything went smoothly. I have had no problems using the printer. NOTE: It does not have scanning capability (which I don't use).

This is a very big printer, we brought it for doing t-shirt designs. It prints very good quality images and I would buy it again.
