Absolute powerhouse for the money
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendA simple review of this product....it is awesome! Was new to customer building computers at the time I built my first one and bought a mid to low range graphics card to save money and what a regret it was. I since moved on to this product and spent quite a bit more money for it and am loving it. Playing games like Crysis 3 with absolutely no lag on highest resolutions. The EVGA Precision X lets your customer your clock on the core and memory even further pushing benchmarks not even seeing the temp spike above 50. I cannot compare to all cards and am still pretty new to all this so im not sure what everyones specs or pref are but for a beginner whos got the dough. this is the way to go for the price. As always got Best Buy to price match which i love them for!!!

Great Video Card For Average Gamers
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI purchased this video card just a few days ago, replacing the GTX 550 Ti. I absolutely love this card and it does great for what i use it for, I Mostly play World of Warcraft and am able to do this on Ultra settings with v sync and still get around 50 fps. I am not a big time gamer but other games i play as well are crysis 2 and mass effect 3, and those games look wonderful with this adapter as well. Great Video card for the price. I am not sure i will have to update for a while unless the expansions of world of warcraft require a new card to display at highest settings :)

Nice upgrade for just enough power
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThis is a great card for the price, though I feel the price should be more competitive with other brands with the same chipset and specs. Plenty of power for someone who wants a quick upgrade and isn't looking to spend top dollar for the top end GPU. Just for a little bit more money the "Boost" version of the same card is a better value if available. Upgrading from a previous generation of any brand of card with an Nvidia chipset will make this a plug and play operation with one reboot after the OS matches up the drivers. From scratch the driver set is quite large and may take some time to install. Personally not a huge gamer but it did smooth out the few games I play with this upgrade alone.

Nice card - small package
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendGot this 650Ti to upgrade from a ATI FirePro that was having compatibility problems with some software I wanted to use. I chose the card primarily for a mix of processing power and small power requirement and form factor, since the existing case I was putting it in only allowed a half-length card on the PCI x16 bus. Thought NVIDIA does a great job about updating drivers and trying to automate the install, it did take a while for me to get the computer changed over and happy since it was a tri-boot Windows 7, RedHat RHEL5, and Ubuntu 12.10. Once that was done, I can say I was very pleased with the graphics performance in Windows on SolidWorks and Ubuntu calculation power with the CUDA developer kit to allow real-time signal FFTs with GPU. Good choice, and would definitely buy again for a power/space limited system.

Great card in this price range
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendVideo cards are pretty much you get what you pay for. This card delivered well in it's price range. Mostly, I judge video cards on how well they install. This card went in easily in a Windows 7 PC that I have upgraded over time. Have run it for a few months and have had zero concerns.

Satisfied
Posted .I would recommend this to a friendEasy to set up, just need to plug into the PCI Express slot and power it with the included power cables to your power supply Good price, considering it's EVGA. Similar price on other websites. Pretty quiet. My CPU fan is louder. I bought a GT 630 to replace a dead GTS 250, and I was shockingly disappointed, so I returned it. This card, however, outperforms my GTS 250, so this one's a keeper. It runs my 3 favorite games very well: Crysis 2, Battlefield 3, and World of Warcraft. Some stats not on this site: Core Clock Speed: 1058 MHz CUDA Cores: 768 Memory Clock Speed: 5400 MHz Effective Memory Bandwidth: 86.4 GB/sec Overall, a great card for under 200 bucks. The only thing I dislike is it's mini-HDMI, and not regular HDMI (also includes DVI, but no VGA, but does include a DVI-VGA adapter).

Great card for a great price
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI'm very impressed with this card for the price I paid. Never thought I'd be able to max out all of my settings without paying for a higher end card. It fit nicely into my case although some people might have a hard time fitting it if they have a small or factory case, but my case is pretty big so I had no problems. Haven't had any power or heating issues either. I'd highly recommend this, especially if it comes on sale again.

Very solid card, Good Performer for FSX
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI bought this card to try to save an old PC that was having serious problems. That didn't work, so I moved it to a new PC that came with a mediocre card. The major use, beside just daily home stuff, is Microsoft Flight Simulator X. The whole of the new PC with this card fills that role very well. I've been using Nvidia cards for several years. Frame rates are very satisfactory even in dense scenery. I happy with this set up.
