EVGA has seemed to have cheaped out ironically on a card that cost nearly $1300. The backplate and heatsinks are made of lower quality compared with my EVGA GTX 1080 SC. The fans click whenever they turn on and the card seems to have an issue regulating its idle and quiet fan modes. The fan will turn on and off multiple times when in the temperature range where it begins to kick on. It will just keep clicking if I don’t set a manual fan speed. Pretty annoying to have to set up but whatever I guess. Never did I have an issue like this with my older 1080. Obviously performance seems to still make me rate this card as good. It eats anything I throw at it.

Very great card. Can't wait till RTX becomes used more with the games that I play.

Card has tons of power and a good amount of cooling.
