Customers frequently mention the excellent performance of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 Gaming 11GB GDDR5X PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card, particularly its ability to deliver high frame rates at various resolutions, including 4K. They also praise its effective cooling system, resulting in quiet operation and low temperatures even under heavy load. Many users highlight the card's ability to smoothly run demanding games at high settings. The card's performance in virtual reality applications is also frequently cited as a significant advantage.
I have been doing serious PC Gaming since 2008 and its hard for me to come across a product that simply stuns me with its performance relative to its price. Well, the EVGA 1080ti did that and more, its an excellent card if you want to get the best experience for your money at 1440p or higher resolution gaming. Pros: -Raw performance is amazing at 1440p or higher. I run the card at 7680 X 1440, which is the resolution for my triple 27 inch Dell S2716DG 1440p monitors and it performs astoundingly well, even at Ultra settings in some games. It also works very well in VR. -Temperature is reasonable, it does not run overly hot. -Card looks cool through the tempered glass side, including the lighted labeling. -Price is fair considering the performance you get and how it compares to the AMD camp. It is also a significant jump over the GTX 1080, which I previously owned, and so the price difference is justifiable. -EVGA Reliability - I have two EVGA cards right now, my 1080ti as well as a 5 1/2 year old EVGA Superclocked 4 GB 670. The 670 continues to chug away nicely in my desktop PC. Cons: -1080p performance is amazing, but this is too much card for that resolution. Don't buy this card if you are going to run it at 1080p, its only worthwhile if you are going to run it at 1440p or higher.

This is a very pricey card but you get what you pay for. My only suggestion is to be very aware of what CPU you are pairing it with. I would not use an Intel i5/i3 or AMD Ryzen 3/5. To avoid any bottlenecking I would use an Intel i7(Kaby Lake or Coffee Lake) or a Ryzen 7. I myself have it pair with an Intel i7-8700K(Coffee Lake). Also if you are planning on mainly gaming at 1080p I would pass on this graphics card as it is really meant for anyone looking to play at 1440p or 4K. For those playing at 1080p resolution I would recommend the Nvidia GTX 1070, 1070Ti or 1080. In all it is a great buy for me as I won't be needing to upgrade for quite some time now.

Still an amazing card in 2021! Even when new top of the line cards are out of stock I can still play newest games at max framerate
