Good card for high end gaming.
Runs very quiet and performs great in almost any game. Ray tracing doesn't run very well without Dlss but works well enough with it to enjoy many games that offer it. physically the card looks okay in my opinion and the RGB for the EVGA logo looks nice. The card does use a lot of power and if left on for extended periods of time will produce a lot of heat especially with heavy use. 4/5

Get it if you get the chance
Incredible price for the performance, this card crushes FPS at 1440p. Most games run at 165 FPS (capped by my monitor) at max settings. Lowest I've seen it was 110 FPS in Hell Let Loose which is a terribly optimized game. Haven't tried overclocking as it really doesn't need it, even for heavy gaming. After purchasing, I saw some reviews that it can run a tad warm which concerned me. While this is somewhat true out of the box (typically sits around 74 degrees for very demanding games), slightly adjusting the fan curve in MSI afterburner to 80% at 68 degrees has this card running at or below this point while still being quiet. Highly recommend this small and easy tweak to prolong the life of your hardware. Also make sure you use two separate PCIe cables to get full power to the card. If you're lucky enough to get this card in your cart during a drop, do not hesitate for one second, buy it.

Best card for the $$$
Easiest card to get if you’re well prepared. I was ready to checkout when the card went on sale online at around 12 pm on Wednesday. I am a gamer and not a miner/scalper. This card is an amazing value for the money. If you want one you just have to be committed & persistent and forget about the scalpers. Best Buy’s queue system works great, just get here first. And for the card review, it runs quiet and relatively cool I ran cyberpunk just to see how that game looks with ray tracing and it looks great. And lastly, the card itself is pretty big so double check the card dimensions so after that long hunt that beast will fit inside your case. Only negative is that this card does not have ICX cooling nor lighting on the geforce RTX 3080 portion of the card (only the EVGA logo) and for the price I would expect that it would at least have a static light.
