This is a great workout for beginners. Tried a few others before this one and thought I was going to faint....this one is perfect and gets more intense as you get more fit.

Really fun tape to go through a few times - very intense. But after doing it few times there is too much commentary that you have to hear over and over - but other than that highly recommend this tape.
