Let's Go Sunning!
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendFallout 3 ranks among my top 5 games of all time. To give you an idea of the impact this game has had on me, I purchased this PS3 GOTY copy even though I have the original game and all the individual dlc for the XB360. This package (GOTY) includes the main game plus all the expansion packs, including the increased level cap. If you like exploring, this is your game! This is by far the greatest value you'll ever find in gaming; between the massive map, gazillions of quests, and personalization options (karma, gender, combat style) you'll spend 100's(and I mean 100's) of hours exploring the Capital Wasteland. Unlike FO New Vegas you can continue playing the game after you've completed the main quest. Point Lookout is my favorite dlc. And I love the radio - it's even sparked my interest in early 50's music. My cons: It starts off very slow. You spend the first portion of the game growing up in the vault. Once you leave the vault the game really begins. So if you get bored at first - hang in there, you'll be rewarded for your patience. Also, be prepared to invest large amounts of time playing this game. And it glitches - you'll occasionally have to power down your console because the game locks up. Not as bad as New Vegas, but still annoying. Make sure you save your progress frequently.

A great package and a fun game
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThe GOTY Edition of Fallout 3 basically has everything you could ever want in this game. It’s the full package for just $20. Just be prepared to play in 2008 graphics that were still bad for the time and get ready for some frame drops.

Post Apocalyptic Thriller with Choices
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendBethedsa developed a wonderful gem in this game. Skyrim was played before this one so the play mechanics were well known prior to loading and with the recent release of Fallout 4 it was worth exploring. Excellent character development and interaction as well as experiencing how your actions led to consequences later in the game. You are called to explore a new area to find those ever elusive Bobblleheads to strengthen your 'good' or 'evil' character further. Highly recommended to lose yourself for a weekend.

Well worth the money!
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendIt's a must play, must own for anyone who like RPG style games. Sure it's older, the graphics aren't as nice as Skyrim or even newer titles, but it's a classic RPG. The V.A.T.S. system is cool and adds an element to the game play or can be ignored altogether. You can play it first or third person. For someone who gets motion sick playing FPS games it causes me no problems.

Easily one of the best games I have ever played
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendFallout 3 is an amazing game, as anyone who has played it can tell you. The story pulls you in and makes you want to keep playing, but it is the size of the game and the ability to make your own decisions that really got me. If you love Skyrim, this is definitely a game worth playing. Also, go with the GOTY edition for all of the DLC, they really are worth the price.

A Fantastic Game
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendFallout is by far one of the most inovative shooters to come out on the playsation system ever. The story and size of the world is immense. There is so much to do and to keep yourself occupied with that you never really feel like you are just roaming without a goal. Definitely a must play if you like a different flavor of game.

Solid Story and Atmosphere
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThe Game of the Year Edition for Fallout is a no-brainer. There are a ton of side missions in the regular edition, but the GOTY not only provides new missions, but new items as well. For a post-apocalyptic game with a large map, solid story, and multiple gameplay choices, Fallout 3 GOTY edition will keep you satisfied for many play throughs without sign of wear.

Always has been a Great RPG
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendFallout 3 has always been one of the best open-world RPG's to date. The free roaming freedom and all expansions included in this copy make the game fully enjoyable without paying a huge amount of money as first users have. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend countless hours scouring the wasteland choosing to be either good or evil.
