FIFA 15 - Xbox One

This is my first Fifa game and I absolutely love it. My favorite part so far is Career Mode and getting to see my name on the back of a US Jersey. Also, as far as graphics go, my girlfriend watched me play for about 10 minutes before she realized it was a game and not real soccer... Also if you actually follow soccer, you can play the matches on the game that are happening that week, with the same players. Pretty sweet. Also it appears you can create a team with your friends online.. Haven't tried that out yet but, it seems like it could be an awesome feature. The only complaint I have is that you can't change your preferred position in My Career.

I'll always be disappointed about the lack of features in Career mode in EAsports games. Back in the early 2000's all these sports games had awesome 'owner' modes where you could build stadiums, create new teams, price merchandise, build train facilities..., but that all disappeared when the 360 came out and these features have yet to return. Until they do, I will always be disappointed. With that said, I've read a lot of reviews talking about the 'small gameplay tweaks,' and I have to disagree. I feel that this game's gameplay 'tweaks' have made a huge difference in how the game feels. Looks amazing, feels real and for the first time ever, i actually watch the replays of my goals because they look that good and i feel that good about scoring them. Injury replays look pretty cool too. While some have moaned about the new goalkeeper AI and reactions saying that 'goalies are too good and unrealistic' i have found the opposite to be true. I like the new goalie animations and i have found that they are more realistic now. Sometimes a goalie won't move, they drop it more often now, and yes they'll make frequent, amazing saves, but that feels right to me. No complaints here on how the goalies play. It's also a bit easier to score from far out now, which is awesome. You can finally score a line-drive laser shot into the upper ninety. If you've got an Xbox one, get this game.

I think I have every version of FIFA over the past 6 years, and sporadically before that. I was a Pro Evo fan until about 6 or so years ago when FIFA left it behind in the dust. I thought FIFA 14 was probably one of the best in the series so while I love 15, I'm still left wondering what it is that draws me back to 14 sometimes. I'm a weird one, I only play AJAX in the Eredivisie while trying to land good international coaching gigs for variety. I think the shooting controls are a little touchier in 14 and I find what should be easy goals (in video games and in real life) much harder to score. I'll say passing is definitely spot as well as getting the right player to make a run. But, something just seems a little off. It may be the fact that 15 is hopefully a better version of my well played 14 and I'm just stuck in my old ways. I'm just not there yet. But, it is really, really good.

This is my first FIFA game, and I enjoy it immensely. As a family we play tournaments against one another and the controls are rather simple to get used to, and the graphics are amazing. In fact one of my family members came downstairs and said they thought I was playing the game when I was actually watching the EURO cup on tv. That is how good the game graphics are. You can play as simple as you want, or get as detailed as you would like.

Fifa 15 is hands down the most realistic sports video game I have ever played (right along with the NBA 2K series). The sound quality is easily the most noticeable improvement. Stadiums are LOUD and intense during all games. All of the chanting is authentic as well. The players have been drastically improved as well, and they now make sharper cuts, and show emotions towards one another. Don't hesitate, well worth the $60! Catch you on the pitch!

Fifa is a series that just seems to keep rolling along. It's a blockbuster hit and everyone knows it. That being said the presentation really is fantastic. The crowds, the players and animations are unreal. However, it's a game, so it has to play well. The offensive flow of the game but still often the game suffers from the "45 and 90 minute" Fifa rules when it's all too easy to score a goal during these times. Playing defense is incredibly difficult, so people who actually get the hang of it (cutting off passing lanes, bringing an extra defender, etc.) are few and far between. Still, it's Fifa, and I'm going to keep playing it.

FIFA is by far the best soccer video game franchise on the market today. FIFA 15 is no exception. EA sports has outdone themselves once again. Beautiful graphics, animations, and ball physics. The newest and most stand out feature in my opinion is the atmosphere. From the chants to the crowd reactions to the camera rumbling when you score a goal. Don't look any further you've found it.

Hands down one of the best games. I love soccer so I always end up buying the newest installment of FIFA. This year I finally came around and started playing Ultimate team which is extremely addicting. I've heard PES has better gameplay/graphics but with the amount of additional content and the fact that more people are online with FIFA, this game just trumps it.
