Customers commend the functionality of the 2 Smart Locator for select Apple® iOS and Android Cell Phones. However, a common concern revolves around the device's battery life, with some users reporting that the battery drains quickly. Several users noted that the battery did not last through a typical day. One user even mentioned that battery performance is dependent on usage.

The watch is a great alternative for younger children instead of buying a cell phone. It only allows the child to call a programmed number. The biggest feature for me is the gps. This allows me to locate my child along with getting updates when out of a "safety zone". The zones are created by you for example school, home, practice, etc. I have noticed that I will not get an update that my child is out of a "safety zone" for about 20-45 mins past when they actually left. The wrist band can be a bit uncomfortable and even with the spacers. When I was researching this item there were no reviews so it was very hard. AT&T representatives had no idea what this product was or how it worked (including the managers). Setting up the product was was issue on the AT&T side. It is supposed to not be a 2-yr contract however Best Buy would sent me to AT&T and AT&T would direct me to Best Buy. This was a nightmare for about a week because I even did my duediligence and called Best Buy and AT&T before the purchase to make sure everything was going to run smoothly. It did not. After even contacting corporate for both companies neither took ownership. In the end the product is a great idea just poorly executed.

The watch is sturdy and does what it claims. I had no trouble with set up, but make sure you activate it with ATT before registering with fillip so you don't have the connection issues others have mentioned. The GPS works good. The battery life is fine as long as your child doesn't decide to call everyone on the list all day long. (Yes, your child will do this. LoL) Set some limits up with your child and it will last all day. And yes your child will test the emergency call feature at least once - they are kids right? - and it works very well calling everyone on the list and doesn't give up til someone answers. Overall a good product to keep track of where they are and to contact them when needed.
