Best version of FF15
||Posted .The royal edition of FF15 is the complete package (with the exception of the Ardyn DLC) this will give you all the season pass DLC in addition all the miscellaneous dlc and all the updates that also added content for free. One thing that one should note when buying the game is the rather large download size with all the DLC coming out to be about 111GB. Overall FF15 is just about what you would expect from a Final Fantasy story (ignoring all the supplemental material for this game) the gameplay is however different from the turn based style of the older games for a more modern third person action style of combat while not bad it does have some getting used to and will require some more attention from the player during more difficult sections of the game. The games length and amount of content make it vary worth wile to pick up if one is interested in a open world and lore heavy game.

HIGHLY recommended...
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. What a fabulous game. The graphics are amazing, the mechanics are pretty intuitive, and the storyline is breathtaking. The bros really grow on you, and with the Royal edition you get more of their stories, alternate endings, and a bunch of fun freebies. For under $20 this is one title in the series you don't want to miss. I would rank it right up there with the original FF7. The only downside is the the last few chapters felt rushed, like there was supposed to be more but for whatever reason those parts got cancelled/shortened. Nevertheless, a highly recommended game.

Prince Noctis' excellent adventure
||Posted .I purchased this on PS4 at launch, finished it and was very pleased overall with the game. Now having a XBOX ONE X and haven't touched the season pass content for this game, I figured I'd purchase this fantastic RPG once more to see if there are any graphical improvements on the XBOX. I can't wait to play this game once more.

FF fans do a little research before you play this
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. If you're a final fantasy fan, you will probably like this game but it is a bit different. The game starts quite slowly, but once you can start doing side missions throughout the entire map, there's almost too much to do. The online multiplayer is disappointing, as at least the first 15 hours is doing quests (repeating some several times to grind resources) from the same starting location. It may get better, but I'm getting sick of the quests in multiplayer.

One of the Best RPGs Available
||Posted .Final Fantasy XV had issues when it launched but the Royal Edition not only fixes those problems but adds a whole lot of new content. In addition to the expansions, players get a refined ending sequence that combines the multiplayer into one giant dungeon. It's great for not only for RPG fans but action-adventure gamers who want to experience an outstanding adventure.

Good FF Game
||Posted .This is the first Final Fantasy game I actually finished. I have started every previous entry but always just lost interest for one reason or another. This one kept me engaged and wanting to play more. One of the main reasons was the battle system which is a great mix of the traditional turn based battles of years past with the real time action of other games. For me it was the sweet spot they needed to hit for me to enjoy it. Looks great on the XBOX One X also.

Better over time
||Posted .When it was first released I wasn't too taken with FFXV, but Square Enix kept updating the game and making it better, with graphical stability being one of the best improvements. Story wise it's still one of the worst Final Fantasy games, but the combat is really fun and addictive. Side quests were mostly terrible, DLC that comes with this version really feels like it should have been part of the original game.

Don't sleep on this title!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed.FF15 is a sleeper title in the numbered series. It takes some risks and most all of them pay off. Great story and the combat changes are welcomed additions.
