Customers are positive about the Charge 2's heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, praising its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's numerous features and its accuracy in recording data. However, customers are negative about the band's durability and the device's water resistance, with some expressing concerns about the screen's fragility.
The Charge 2 is comfortable, reliable, long lasting and a great motivator to work out. I wear mine 24/7 and it feels very natural, it's like I'm not wearing anything. The included strap is smooth to the skin so as the buckle and main device. Although the heart rate sensors looks uncomfortable since they are a bulging at he back of the device (see picture), it's not a problem at all. The "quick view" in which you lift your face towards your face like you would on a normal watch to see time, is convenient. This feature alos works while charging to see the charging status. No need to press the side button. The pedometer is accurate enough for me, so as the calorie burned feature based on heart rate. The accuracy of its heart rate is comparable to my chest strap HRM. You will need to calibrate the stride length to accurately measure outdoor distance. I love the sleep tracking capability and seem pretty accurate and useful. It tells you many time you were awake and restless. It tracks your heart rate 24/7. The Fitbit App is great and very informative. There's plenty of useful metrics presented there. This is were you look view the data recorded by your device, since the device only displays very limited recorded data. I track exercises in my charge 2 six times a week, about an hour or more every exercise and the battery holds up to 7 days. Recharging is as fast as an hour? Not sure. Since I bought my charge 2, my workout frequency and steps per day increased. It's funny how you "want" to move if you have something that will record it. It almost feels like the activities are not wasted and forgotten. You can work better on improving yourself since you have the data for comparison. For example, my sleep has greatly improved since I bought an air purifier, my sleep stats went from 12 times awake, 26 times restless to 0 times awake and 6 times restless. I have no other way to learn about this but the charge's sleep tracking. The device also have reminders to do more steps and some fancy congratulatory visuals when you reached your goals. You also unlock some achievements and stack up points and compare them to your friends. Overall, I love my Fitbit Charge 2. It fits all my needs and exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely love the Fitbit Charge 2! I am a runner and wearing my phone in an arm band to track my mileage was getting old. It slid down my arm, was too bulky, and used up my data and battery life. The Fitbit doesn't use data, the battery lasts forever(days at a time), and it is small and lightweight so my runs are easier! It tracks distance, heart rate, and sleep patterns. You won't regret purchasing one!!!

I had the original Fitbit and liked it. But the new one is excellent. I love that I don't have to wear an additional watch. It keeps accurate accounting of my daily steps, time, date. I found that I have really enjoyed the relaxing time feature. I did buy a new gold band for it on Amazon and it looks gorgeous.
