Great Buy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product! I owned the Fitbit Flex before this but after one year it just stopped working. So I bought the Fitbit Charge HR and it's wonderful! My two only complaints are that it is NOT waterproof (can't even shower with this one) and the battery gets low within a couple days, whereas the Flex would last about a full week before running low. Overall, a great product!

Bought the small as a gift that was well received
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit Charge HR went over great as a gift. It was easy to setup and doesn't get lost like the Fitbit One it was replacing. The heart rate is a great feature for accurate fitness reads throughout any normal everyday wear, which is the reason it was purchased in the first place. Too bad they didn't also have the large in stock at the time, otherwise I would have purchased two. :)

Excellent Device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a Garmin Viofit and returned it. I got this one instead. Does a great job of tracking my activities, steps, workouts, stairs, sleep. I love the look of it, nice and slick. It's not intrusive, very easy to setup, and use. I can review my days accomplishments on my computer, phone, or tablet. I love my Fitbit HR would purchase it again if something were to happen to the one I have. I wish it were waterproof, but because of the chargeable battery I understand why it's not. Just remember to take it off before you shower. The band is a great asset also, just note that it does run small. I have a very tiny wrist and the small fits with only a few holes to spare. I have attached a photo showing the fit.

More than just a step tracker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It fits great due to the adjustable watch-like band, the soft rubber doesn't irritate my skin, and it's so comfortable that I almost forget I'm wearing it most of the day. It's not as large and daunting as I thought it might be on my wrist and fits easily under sleeves when necessary. The heart rate monitor, step counter, and stair tracker are more accurate than I ever thought they'd be. The small screen is very easy to read and barely has any scratches after a month despite being worn virtually 24/7.

Great tool for walkers.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Fitbit Charger HR. It tracks my sleep, steps, heart-rate. It even alerts me when I get a call on my cell phone. I synced it to my fitness pal; which is really cool. I gave up on pedometers. They always seemed to end up on pause and I lost all my steps. The fitbit is worth every penny.

Great motivator to keep active
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love to see my progress until I hit my goal(s). Easy to use with descend grahics. Able to challenge others for a little healthy competition. Battery generally lasts 3 days. Issues with downloading if battery gets too low. Recommend you measure you arm prior to purchase to ensure good fit; small is small.

Love it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Fitbit Chare HR is one to consider if you want to keep track of daily rounties. It's comfortable to wear, its perfect for those who loves a watch strap and it's also adjustable. It goes up to five days running until the next charge with only takes 1-2 hours to charge again. Definitely would recommend.

Q: QuestionHow big of a wrist will the small band fit?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer My wrist is 6 1/2 inches. I have to hook the small on the second to last or third hook. there's no wiggle room so if your wrist is 7 inches or greater, I'd go with the large.

Q: Questiondoes it display the timedoes it display the time also
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes it does display the time, steps, distance, active minutes, stairs climbed, calories burned, pace, sleep timer, and stopwatch, and call notifications.

Q: QuestionWhen excercising, do you have to keep phone on you with Charge HR?Say when I am biking, I would only prefer to have something on my wrist tracking my info. Then when I get home, it will sync with phone/pc/etc. Having my phone on me is not preferred. Will this work or do you have to buy the more expensive one for this.
Asked by t.mehoves.
- A:Answer You don't need your phone with you. You can sync afterward and download your heart rate. Your phone/computer will then show you a graph of your heart rate over time. It is difficult to monitor your heart rate in real time as the display goes dark in 30 seconds or so. If you want to see your heart rate while you work out, get something with an LCD screen. If you only want to spot check and look at everything later, this works great.

Q: QuestionWill replacement bands be available for the Charge series.
Asked by Nikki.
- A:Answer No, this device is one piece. It isn't like the Flex where you can take the device out and put it into a new band.

Q: Questiondo you have to connect it to a device such as a phone to use it.
Asked by charlie.
- A:Answer So here's the details Charlie, the Fitbit HR as well as the others can also be used on a computer. It works just like the app for smartphones, but you just have to wait till you get home if friends send you and challenge requests. I find it convenient to be able to look at my fitness graphs at any time but if your aren't very tech savvy then a computer will get you started! The Fitbits come with a usb dongle (like a flash drive) that will allow it to find your computer. The program is called the "Fitbit Dashboard" and can be downloaded from the Fitbit website. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionCaloric Breakdown? Will the product breakdown how many calories I burn during a workout and how many I burn during a normal day?
Asked by Kd.
- A:Answer Yes, you will 'earn' calories through exercise during the day. You can link it to different food apps, like MyFitnessPal, and your fitbit will automatically add the calories earned via exercise into your food log. I will warn that the more intense your exercise is, the less accurate the HR seems to be.
