Many appreciate its lightweight design and the case's ability to serve as a stand. However, some customers found issues with the case interfering with the tablet's camera, charging port, and power button. The bulkiness of the case was also a point of concern for a few users.
Wonderful case! And it fits my 8-inch 2022 TCL Tab 8 LE, which I recently purchased from T-Mobile! I only received this case today but felt prompted to submit a review right away for others having trouble finding a case for their TCL Tab 8. I spent a ton of time searching Amazon and other sites but only found a few, less than desirable solutions, and none designed specifically for the TCL Tab 8, which I find puzzling since this is a great tablet with dual amplified speakers and a nice display. I then discovered this Insignia product but was not familiar with a universal case and was worried the corners would cover the 3.5 mm earphone jack, volume or power buttons, or the dual speakers located on each side. But they do not! They only cover a very small part of the speakers, which is hardly noticeable and does not interfere with the sound at all. This case is sturdy, yet soft to the touch, very functional and easy to use, and attractive. It also adds a lot of protection all the way around the tablet. I particularly like the fact that there is generous space between the edges of the tablet and corners of the case, adding that much more protection, yet its good design makes it slim looking. I must also complement Best Buy for the excellent product photos on their website, which helped me make a good educated guess about whether my tablet would fit. Well, it does, perfectly! I highly recommend this case!

I am using this case with an Onyx Boox Nova2 E-Reader. The Case the company makes for it is expensive and not as functional as this one is. My one complaint and the reason I took one star off is that the clips press down on the power button which is located on the right-side top. After looking at the design I believe if they shorten the top to match the size of the side it would not be an issue at all with any device that has a power button located on top. Additionally, I did want to thank the person who responded to my question of whether this would work. Without a response I would not have made the buying decision. I was able to modify the right-side clip by cutting the section off that put pressure on the power button and then using electrical tape to pull the clip back together so it would retain it's ability to hold the E-Reader in place tightly on the right-side top. Does it work, yes, I use it as I show in the picture attached standing up on my desk where I work to read articles and research development responses to forums. Using the e-reader it a better solution than the monitors for long-term eye health. Plus, it allows me to keep my editor and other materials on screen in front of me while still being able to research some code sample. I also use if for reading e-books for everything from painting, drawing, musical instruction and once in a while a good story. Finding a functional case was important for me after investing in the Nova2. This case was not designed for it to be fair, but I suggest that the company looks at the market they are not getting by making some minor adjustments such as I suggested. Would I purchase this again, yes absolutely. The fix was easy and it works. I can use my Nova2 in either portrait or landscape mode with this case and it provides a reasonable amount of protection for it when I am outside on the deck reading.

This flex view folio case is and has been one of the most useful items I have ever bought. It protects my tablet from cracking and breaking when dropped. It is easy to handle. I liked this product so well that I bought 3 more as gifts.
