I purchased this as a gift. The recipient had no trouble making the camera work right away and then downloading the movies onto her laptop. Very good quality sound and picture. Well worth the money.

it dosent even come with the special wierd sized hdmi cord to plug it into the tv the only way you can watch it is on the flip itself . my mom got one for Christmas but it came with the cord and the flip-share software and mine dident =/ so if you would like to send me the rest of the stuff that goes with my flip so i can use it like its supposed to be used that would b great.
