This is. One of the easiest microwaves I've ever owned with lots of features, so simple a child could easyly use it with very little effort. I've had about 6 or more and this is the best by far. I would highly recommend this to a friend

Bought another brand from BB about 1.5 years ago and did not get the ext. warranty, the door latch broke about 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I do mostly like this unit but there are a couple of odd things. If you want something other than 1, 2, or 3 minutes, you have to hit cook time first, then enter the time, then start. All the other units I've owned, you just punch in the time then hit start. Also, quick functions like popcorn, you also have to hit start. Other than that, I like the unit so far. May even get used to the oddball functions in a while. Would give this unit 5 stars, but haven't owned it long enough. If it lasts more than a couple of years, it will earn that 5th star.

We just got this microwave, and are pretty happy with it. It's a bit boxy compared to our previous Samsung, but looks and works great. I use Reheat buttons a lot, and was happy to see that the Reheat Sensor option works well. The cord is decently long, 3 feet. Sound cannot be turned off, so bell rings when pushing buttons and when finished, but that's not too bad. I've had good experiences with other Frigidaire products, but didn't even knew they made microwaves. The Door Opener button requires a lot of pushing, so much so that it actually can move the unit. But, I quickly discovered a remedy for this: simply push the button with your right thumb and hold on to the side of it with your other fingers. That works well, and prevents unit from moving. Lastly, I appreciate the white option, as it's getting harder to find good microwaves available in white. I got one before this from BB and took it back: it was silver on front, but black everywhere else, and even the inside was dark! It really make it hard to see in there, even with the light, and a black box in your kitchen makes it look and feel smaller. Thanks Frigidaire! I'll attach a photo for scale.
