Q: QuestionIs there supposed to be styrofoam in the fridge?Behind the control panel and light there is styrofoam in the plastic piece that is bolted to the top of the fridge. Is this supposed to be there or was this supposed to be taken out?

Q: QuestionFreezer seems too warmKinda concerned about our new fridge. Daughter put frozen waffles in it and they got soggy. I notice ice cream not hard. Have a thermometer in it only about 10 to 12 degrees. Seems it should be colder. Kinda concerned being it's just 3 days old
